KiKA HOUSE is not a hotel.
It is a 120 m² wooden townhouse with two floors — and now, two homes you can book independently. Stay on one floor, or take both. The 1,200-year-old shrine is just outside the window.

Bring the children. Bring the grandparents. Cook in the kitchen. Wash the laundry. Read by the window. Walk to the trains.

For five nights, or ten, this is your house in Tokyo.

120㎡、2フロアの建物に、それぞれ独立して予約できる**ふたつの家**を用意しました。1階だけ、2階だけ、あるいは両方まるごと。隣には、1,200年の杜をまとう氷川神社。

Same wooden frame, same shrine outside. But the first floor is closer to the earth — wide, low, made for big tables and many footsteps. The second floor is closer to the light — quieter, warmer, made for slow afternoons.

Take the whole staircase. 120 m² across two floors, nine beds, up to eighteen guests. The first floor gathers the day; the second floor releases it. The grandparents wake early in the Garden, the children sleep late in the Sky.

Can I book just one floor? 片方のフロアだけでも予約できますか？

Yes. KiKA Garden (1F) and KiKA Sky (2F) are independent listings — book one or the other, completely separate from the other floor's guests. Two private entrances, two private kitchens. The other floor will simply have its own quiet booking, or be empty.

はい。KiKA Garden（1階）と KiKA Sky（2階）はそれぞれ独立したリスティングです。片方だけご予約いただけ、もう一方のフロアの宿泊者とは完全に分離されます。玄関2つ、キッチン2つ、独立したご滞在を。もう一方は別の予約、または空室になります。

If I take both floors, how is it different? 両方借りた時の使い分けは？

When booked together, the entire 120 m² building is yours — both kitchens, both LDK rooms, both bathrooms, the staircase. Most three-generation families use the Garden (1F) for meals and shared time, and the Sky (2F) for sleeping. Some couples take Sky for themselves and let the kids run wild downstairs. There are no rules.

両方まとめてご予約いただくと、120㎡まるごとが貸切に。キッチン2つ、LDK2つ、浴室2つ、階段ごと自由にお使いいただけます。三世代でのご利用は、1階を食卓と団らん、2階を就寝にするのが一般的。ご夫婦が2階を専有し、お子さまは1階で自由に、という使い方も。決まりはありません。
